Served this wonderful dish this morning for Jill Savage President of Hearts at Home. (http://www.hearts-at-home.org) It was delicious easy and would serve a good sized crowd. Hearts at Home is an amazing organization that encourages and equips moms from every demographic. The speakers and workshops are fantastic. Hearts will be coming to Colorado Springs Oct 7-8th. Do you know a mom that could use some encouragement? How about a lot? Perhaps that is you. I hope to see you there..it will be a GRAND event for MOM's! Enjoy!

Unroll crescent dough and place rolls on an ungreased 12 inch pizza pan or pie pan with points toward the center . Press seams together and press up sides of pan to form a crust. Prepare Hollandaise sauce according to package directions using 2/3 cup milk and 1/4 cup butter. Pour evenly over crescent roll crust. Spread scrambled eggs evenly over sauce, then top with meat. Add sliced tomatoes over meat. Sprinkle lightly with shredded cheese. Bake in preheated oven until bottom of crust is lightly browned, about 30 minutes.
