Yes they are amazing as they LOOK!
Tonight my daughter Tatiana and I made the most amazing Pumpkin Cookies. The fact that she is 8 months pregnant and I am mid life meant a whole lot of trouble. And sampling!
I think we ate half the cookie dough. These little wonders are light, delicious and a great change up from your normal chocolate chip or peanut butter cookie...(but who am I kidding I love those too!)
Next week I will be serving these for a Women Inspired Women's Event here in my home. Ck them out on facebook at: http://www.facebook.com/womeninspired?ref=ts
I know I will have some happy women!
Enjoy and happy fall my friends.

I'm making these today for a dinner with friends tonight. I've posted the link to this and had another friend ask if you can use fresh pumpkin rather than canned. I told her I'm using canned cuz I don't have a real one, but I'd imagine she could use either. What do you say? :) Thanks.

I made these cookies yesterday for my MOPS steering committee here in Austin and they were a huge hit. We love your Lifegiving book and talk about it all the time. Thank you for being so inspiring to us.
